There is no mention of it, but it is probably nama sake. It is not labeled as Nama-shu, but according to the information on the Internet, the label on the back of the bottle says it needs to be kept chilled, which means it is Nama-shu. Am I right? The rice is Ginbukiyo and Nihonbare. It also looks like a raw sake. It does not feel as spicy as the sake level, and although it is spicy, there is a good balance of sweet and spicy. The taste is light and refreshing. The spiciness finishes with a lingering sweetness. There is a good amount of graininess.

Good evening. I'm impressed that you even bought such a simple thing. It doesn't look like the type that would be popular... I agree that it's not dry, and I wonder if it's okay if you prefer sweet?

Good evening, Shinjo-san. I think it's a spicy but sweet and easy to drink type of sake 😅I think it has a classic aspect. I think it's a classic type of sake 🤔.

I've seen Tateyama in supermarkets and Yamaya, but I've never seen it fresh, so I bought some. I wonder if it's a major sake brewery? It used to have a yellow label until last year, but it seems to have been renewed. It's easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content. It is a type with a strong flavor. There is a slight sweetness at first, but in the second half, a strong alcohol feeling comes in, and the impression is that it ends with a quick snap. It is said that Yamada Nishiki is used for koji rice and Gohyakumangoku is used for Kake rice. The impression is that it is fruity with a dry taste. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.

It's interesting that you can't tell what the liquor stores here will bring in, except for Shiga sake.

I had a good impression of the hiyaoroshi version of this one, so I bought the raw version. The rice used is Ginfuki. The aroma is mild. It's clean and slightly sweet. After that, the ginjo aroma comes in like a chase. I think the hiyaoroshi version was more fruity and tasty. To be honest, I don't really like it. Just because a sake is good when it's hired doesn't mean it's good when it's raw...

It's fruity and apple-y, but I guess I don't like the subtlety of it.

It's thin or lacking in flavor. Is it a light, sweet type?

It uses Yamada Nishiki produced in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. I've been interested in Kohama for a long time, but this is my first time drinking it. It is said to be a blend of special junmai and junmai ginjo that has been brewed over one summer. The flavor of the rice has a light ripeness, and the acidity is beautiful. It has a nice acidity, and is relatively clean and crisp. Personally, I would like a little more sweetness.

If you drink it at room temperature, the slight sweetness will stand out, but at the same time, the sense of aging will be assertive.

Maybe it's because it's aged, but the mouthfeel is more relaxed.

The amount of muddiness is amazing. It is quite sweet. It has a unique sourness or a unique nuance. At the end, it has a good aftertaste and sharpness typical of Alzoe. According to the internet information, the rice is Toyonishiki and Nihonharai.

It's a sake that's not even listed on the official website, and it's only available locally. It seems that most of the sake made at the Gekkeikan Group's breweries is shipped to Gekkeikan. I bought it at a liquor store in Osaka that specializes in Shiga sake. I bought it at a sake shop in Osaka. It's a lightly sour and sweet nigori. At the end, it has the sharpness of an aluzoe. It's not so lively for an active sake. It doesn't say "swoosh" so much even if you mix it. I'm sure it's okay to drink it here because it's under the umbrella of a big company, but if you put off drinking sake from a small brewery, it can become undrinkable, so you should drink it when you can. I heard that the Hyogo sake brewery Izawa Honke, which brews Yamakozuchi, is going out of business at the end of this month😢.

This liquor store doesn't seem to have any local sake, but they have a lot of Shiga's minor sakes. Kohama, Tengen River, Usuzakura, Suzu Masamune, Kisshomusume, Harunomine, etc.

bouken-san, good evening ❗ I'm curious about the active nigori and lackluster sake 🤭Mildly active! I'm sure you'll be surprised at the range of things I've done in my 30s 😆 As someone who lives in the Kansai area, I find this very helpful 🙇

Sleepy healer. Good evening😃. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. The other day I drank a bottle of Ayu Masamune with a hole in the plug, but it was very healthy 😅I'm trying to conquer the liquor stores in Kansai😸

This brewery is famous for Sawaya-Matsumoto, but it has been a brand name for a long time together with Hidemori. Is it distributed mainly in Kansai? The standard products are also available in supermarkets. This is a limited edition of Aizan. The label is the same design as that of the regular product, but the color is reversed, so is it an extra product? Aisan means... 🤔 Momo no Shizuku Aiyaima🎵. Matsumoto Shuzo's Aiyaima🎵 I feel like the word is bad but I don't care 🙄. The scent has a sexy vibe. It's like a sweetened version of Ona's Aisan? A little gas and a light sweet flavor. It has a pleasant bitter taste at the end. An honorable character sake.

It was my first time to try Usuzakura. I missed the chance to buy nama sake, so I bought hiyaoroshi. The rice is Ginfuki. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The aroma is a little fruity. It has a mild sweet umami taste. Is it sweet among the Hiyaoroshi?

No problems with the vaccination, just a sore arm. I was planning to abstain from alcohol because I have a medical checkup coming up on Friday... I bought a bottle of sake because it seems to be rare in Kansai. I didn't know about this sake brewery at all. The rice used is Fusakogane and So no Mai. There is a little gas feeling. While feeling a little sweetness, it has a firm umami and a gentle spiciness. It is an interesting type of taste that is not common.

It doesn't have a fresh taste, but it has a rich sweetness and a unique flavor. There are no details on the label, and the shop said it wasn't raw, but I searched and found information that it was raw sake, so I'm not sure. It's a bit too heavy for a hiki-ire. The lees are amazing. The cap was so hard I had to use pliers. It tastes like a sake that's been made using the old method.
Japanese>English

It doesn't have much of a raw feel to it, but it doesn't have much of a fire-retarded feel either, so it's probably just a raw sake, as the few sources say.

It seems that they don't care about business. They seem to be making soju and cola too.
