It's a sake that's not even listed on the official website, and it's only available locally. It seems that most of the sake made at the Gekkeikan Group's breweries is shipped to Gekkeikan. I bought it at a liquor store in Osaka that specializes in Shiga sake. I bought it at a sake shop in Osaka. It's a lightly sour and sweet nigori. At the end, it has the sharpness of an aluzoe. It's not so lively for an active sake. It doesn't say "swoosh" so much even if you mix it. I'm sure it's okay to drink it here because it's under the umbrella of a big company, but if you put off drinking sake from a small brewery, it can become undrinkable, so you should drink it when you can. I heard that the Hyogo sake brewery Izawa Honke, which brews Yamakozuchi, is going out of business at the end of this month😢.

This liquor store doesn't seem to have any local sake, but they have a lot of Shiga's minor sakes. Kohama, Tengen River, Usuzakura, Suzu Masamune, Kisshomusume, Harunomine, etc.

bouken-san, good evening ❗ I'm curious about the active nigori and lackluster sake 🤭Mildly active! I'm sure you'll be surprised at the range of things I've done in my 30s 😆 As someone who lives in the Kansai area, I find this very helpful 🙇

Sleepy healer. Good evening😃. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. The other day I drank a bottle of Ayu Masamune with a hole in the plug, but it was very healthy 😅I'm trying to conquer the liquor stores in Kansai😸
