I had a good impression of the hiyaoroshi version of this one, so I bought the raw version. The rice used is Ginfuki. The aroma is mild. It's clean and slightly sweet. After that, the ginjo aroma comes in like a chase. I think the hiyaoroshi version was more fruity and tasty.
To be honest, I don't really like it. Just because a sake is good when it's hired doesn't mean it's good when it's raw...
