I've seen Tateyama in supermarkets and Yamaya, but I've never seen it fresh, so I bought some. I wonder if it's a major sake brewery?
It used to have a yellow label until last year, but it seems to have been renewed.
It's easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content. It is a type with a strong flavor. There is a slight sweetness at first, but in the second half, a strong alcohol feeling comes in, and the impression is that it ends with a quick snap. It is said that Yamada Nishiki is used for koji rice and Gohyakumangoku is used for Kake rice.
The impression is that it is fruity with a dry taste.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.

It's interesting that you can't tell what the liquor stores here will bring in, except for Shiga sake.
