It was the last bottle of summer sake.
A sake produced in Fukui Prefecture, which is not seen very often. Rarity is quite high.
Serve it cold.
The alcohol content is low at 13.5 degrees and the slightly carbonated taste makes it easy to drink.
It has a strong acidity for a sake from Fukui. That said, the body is normal.
The aftertaste is normal.
Because of its strong acidity, it seems to go well with Chinese and other dishes.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
