Slight ginjo aroma.
Medium-hard water, powerful but not too heavy. Slightly dry. Many Hokkaido sake such as Kunimei and Kokushimusou are heavy, sharp, and classic, but this is more of a modern classic.
It has a slightly long aftertaste.
I had it with hot bean curd. It tasted like a good food sake, and I never got tired of drinking it.
Even beginners can enjoy this sake.
