Drinking at a sake store.
Nakanori-san was purchased as a souvenir two years ago at Naraijuku with my family. They say it is a test brewed sake.
The rarity is very rare.
Cold sake.
It has a modern but core and thick impression.
There is not much acidity, and the umami gradually spread to the palate.
The aftertaste is normal.
Recommended for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
