The sweetness and umami characteristic of honjozo sake gradually spreads.
The aftertaste is dry and crisp.
Certainly no aberrancy at all 🤔.
When warmed up to lukewarm, the full flavor comes out and it's much more to my liking.
Around 40 degrees may be just right.
