Okayama's Yumachi, Triple Crown. Old style label is cool. Is it dry? It is clear, easy to drink and doesn't interfere with food. It's more like good water than sake, and you can drink it forever. Probably the first sake from Okayama since I started Sake-no-wa. I'm not trying to conquer the whole country, but I'm happy when a new prefecture fills in.

Winter fireworks on a hot day. I feel like I drink almost 100% of the time when I come here. I saw it once at some liquor store, but I cherish good memories of good taste. When I drink it at home, my impression may change. I have an ambiguous tongue and am easily influenced.

The middle day of the holiday weekend started with a Junmai Ginjo sake from Akita at a famous sake bar in Okushibu ❤️ paired with a chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) of cod milt with fermented butter.

The first drink was the Hokkaido Winter Fireworks, which I had enjoyed on my previous visit. The second glass was Hiwada, which was served on an omakase basis. It is mellow and well-prepared because it is made in autumn. It is deliciously spicy.

This was my first drink after a light beer, while picking up some sashimi. I was thinking something obvious like, "It's a junmai daiginjo, so maybe it's a bit floral," but the impression was clearer than I expected. But it was clearer than I expected. It was the perfect answer to my request for a clear first cup.

I don't often choose a very dry wine myself. It's good to have a dry wine at the end of a meal when you are getting drunk to refresh your taste buds. It helps to reset your palate and make your head feel refreshed. There is a danger of thinking you can drink more, so keep your cool. It was delicious with the stewed tsukkotsu, which has a strong flavor.

Snow Kayasha is well known, but I had never heard of this sake. While I wish they could do a little more with the label design and such, I think it's okay because it tastes so good. It has a clean and crisp taste and is very good as a food sake.
