The results of my physical checkup in November have come back. It seems that my liver function is leaking bile. When I went to the gastroenterologist, I was told that it was "constitutional jaundice". The doctor assured me that I'm totally fine, so I can drink at ease during the year-end and New Year holidays. So, let's start with the sake I bought during the period of abstinence until the recheck. Same as above, Takachiyo is a blue check for summer sake. It was a liquor store in Yokohama Chinatown, but it was a super hole in the wall. I've never seen so many Takachiyo in a refrigerator before. We collected the sake we missed drinking in the summer. We started with the nigori from the top. Perhaps because it's been a long time, it doesn't have a piquancy. The sweetness stands out. What is the aroma? Soda? I've seen some people say it's soda, so I guess that's what it is, but it's pulled in by its appearance. I'm not sure if it's the taste or the appearance. If you mix in the ori, the bitterness is added and it tastes clean and crisp. It is much better to mix ori. It's a refreshing summer sake, and it's easy to finish in no time. Let's quit in moderation lol.
