Finally, for some reason, they close with a Kamikame.
There are so many of them these days.
Shinkame is already a standard sake, so I can't say how I feel about it.
I drink it to enjoy the green aroma that comes from the back of the bottle.
Thank you again for the food today.

An unmistakable super dry sake.
Sake meter is said to be around +16 to +17.
The sake is said to be carbonless filtered in order not to lose the flavor of the rice.
It is also said that this is the reason why it is fired only once.
It was indeed a strange sake, with a clear and refreshing taste.
I would have liked to have heated it up.

I drank Murayu for the first time in a long time and I was soooooo happy.
This is the so-called "Tokiwa" label. It means the best one, right?
Kameguchidori means "the sake that flows out of the mouth at the bottom of the tank naturally without any pressure on the unrefined sake, and is bottled without filtration.
Fruity, sweet and sour, with a touch of bitterness and spiciness at the back, and a refined taste.
It was delicious!

A dry sake typical of Daishinshu.
The moment you drink it, you can smell the aroma of rice, and it becomes sharp in the second half, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
As you swallow it, you can enjoy the tangy flavor and lingering bitterness.
I enjoyed it with fried eggs, and I think it went surprisingly well with them.
There was Niimasa NO.6 S-type! It's gassy, sour, muscat-like, and delicious! I was so happy when I ordered it, I must have looked like a weird person....
As the name suggests, it's spicy and sharp.
But it is not just a dry taste, but if you keep it on your tongue for a while, you will find that it has a very rich flavor.
It's been a while since I've had sake, and I'm going to enjoy it!
