南十字輝
6/10
A dry sake typical of Daishinshu.
The moment you drink it, you can smell the aroma of rice, and it becomes sharp in the second half, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
As you swallow it, you can enjoy the tangy flavor and lingering bitterness.
I enjoyed it with fried eggs, and I think it went surprisingly well with them.
