I drank Murayu for the first time in a long time and I was soooooo happy.
This is the so-called "Tokiwa" label. It means the best one, right?
Kameguchidori means "the sake that flows out of the mouth at the bottom of the tank naturally without any pressure on the unrefined sake, and is bottled without filtration.
Fruity, sweet and sour, with a touch of bitterness and spiciness at the back, and a refined taste.
It was delicious!
