An unmistakable super dry sake.
Sake meter is said to be around +16 to +17.
The sake is said to be carbonless filtered in order not to lose the flavor of the rice.
It is also said that this is the reason why it is fired only once.
It was indeed a strange sake, with a clear and refreshing taste.
I would have liked to have heated it up.
