The Sensation series of standard sake proposed by Sho Shiki, a company that produces a variety of sake including kijoshu and sake with flower yeast, has been renewed with all old-style kimoto specifications! You can enjoy the freshness and profound ginjo aroma derived from Kyokai No. 1001 series, clean sweetness, and light sharpness, which enhances the affinity with Japanese food. しんしんSYIt was a solid cloudy sake.
Thank you for the sake!
We had it with grilled skewers with sauce!

It's a hassle to have a new sake brought to the store for each type!
I told her that I could have all three kinds together, and she said that was fine.
If that's the case, I'll use the combination of the sake I'm interested in.
Let's start with these three sakes!
Yamagata Sake Daiginjo is very rare!
Easy to drink fruity sake!
The three sashimi were served with a hotel coupon!

I found Hirotogawa, let's try it in muddy water!
It's a very robust sake with not so much sweetness!
There are a few nigoris in the sake selection this time, so I'm going to enjoy it!
Since we are in Hakodate, I made sure to order some salted squid (ika no sara)!

Degree of alcohol content 16 しんしんSYActually, the sake came out in a boar cup along with the starter!
I didn't know they serve something like this as a starter!
I asked what brand it was, and it was Kita no Katsu, a sake from Nemuro, Hokkaido.
It's also listed on the menu as a regular sake!
I had the Toyo Bijin as a starter.
It's neither spicy nor sweet, it's like water💦.
Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how many different kinds of sake I can drink 😌.

I was told that the usual Minshina restaurant was not open for business due to preparations for the New Year's festivities.
I thought I would take it easy since it was snowing, but I was a little curious about a restaurant that was listed on a coupon I received at my accommodation, so I decided to pay a visit!
I asked for the all-you-can-drink sake and Goryo course!
They said we could drink as much sake as we wanted as long as it was the 600 yen listed on the menu!
I asked for one hour.
I couldn't believe I could get my money's worth after 3 drinks!
I was so happy that I decided to start with sake from the west.
Let's start with Jun Dai!
Cold, sweet and delicious!
Delicious!
