It has a smooth, moderate aroma of alcohol. In the mouth, the richness of the rice flavor comes through, but it is crisp and easy to drink. It is plump and easy to drink. We asked for an assortment of snacks to go with the ate, which went well with all of them.
I didn't have a preference on the menu, so I asked them if they had any other sake, but they brought us this one, which was in the middle of being put to sleep, saying that it was room temperature. The panda on the label was cute and we decided on it immediately. I'm not a believer in opening one's mouth, but I'm happy because I don't often drink the first cup of sake.
