Continuation of the report on ENERGY in Tenma, all-you-can-drink sake. The fourth sake was Shinshu Kamerei. At this time, I had not yet had the Kamerei, which was still at home 💧. But since it was a different kind, I decided to have this one first. Surprisingly, it was not too sweet, with a slight citrus aroma, and flowed smoothly 🍊. I thought that Kamerei has the same softness that is typical of Shinshu sake 💡. After this, we drank Akabu, Kangiku, Morishima, Tobiroki, Nabeshima, Kido, etc., but there are no photos left.., We started with a 90-minute course at 14:30, but changed to the Mugen course halfway through, and left the restaurant at 19:50, which was pretty much finished 💦💦.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee! This is a very nice restaurant, not only for the Shinshu Kamerei summer sake, but also for the rest of the lineup! I'm definitely going to go there next time (when my wife is not around so that I can get drunk and crumble)!

Report on ENERGY in Tenma, all-you-can-drink sake. For the third sake, the owner told me that there was something he had kept on hand until this season, so I waited with some anticipation. The owner opened the bottle in front of me and I gratefully enjoyed it, but the sweetness seemed to be a little higher than when I drank it in March. It's just a matter of feeling, but it tasted better than this season's 🌸

Report on ENERGY in Tenma, all-you-can-drink sake. I forgot to write this last time, but you are free to bring your own food, so you can go to Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade and buy your favorite entrée👍. You can also go buy some food on the way. The second bottle was Takachiyo. It was the first time for me to drink 59 series, but the fruity flavor spread out and flowed nicely, just like Takachiyo, so there was nothing to miss. No wonder Rafa bought this one in anger because he didn't have any Hana-yoyo ✨.

Good morning, Yoohee-san 😃. This Takachiyo was so good 😋 my three brothers and my nephew and I ran out of a bottle in 30 minutes 🤣I bought it because the Dewa Sanwa from Hana Yuu that we drank at the welcome party for Menchan was so good 😁.

This is a review of our visit to Sake, Cheese, Freedom and ENERGY, an all-you-can-drink sake restaurant in Tenma. The restaurant looks like it has been around for about 4 years. The interior is a clean, concrete restaurant with tables and counter seating for about 20 people. You take the bottles out of the refrigerated case yourself, but the owner will wipe the caps off and put them back on. 30 minutes ¥1,000 (without extension) 90 minutes ¥2,500 ∞ ¥3,500 Extension 25 min ¥500 The price is about the same as other all-you-can-drink sake places. You will be asked to make a time card and imprint it before you start. The toast started with Jikin again. Even though it is fire-aged, it has a fresh sensation and the way it pulls away is very stable and tastes good anytime ✨.
