This is a review of our visit to Sake, Cheese, Freedom and ENERGY, an all-you-can-drink sake restaurant in Tenma.
The restaurant looks like it has been around for about 4 years. The interior is a clean, concrete restaurant with tables and counter seating for about 20 people.
You take the bottles out of the refrigerated case yourself, but the owner will wipe the caps off and put them back on.
30 minutes ¥1,000 (without extension) 90 minutes ¥2,500 ∞ ¥3,500
Extension 25 min ¥500
The price is about the same as other all-you-can-drink sake places.
You will be asked to make a time card and imprint it before you start.
The toast started with Jikin again.
Even though it is fire-aged, it has a fresh sensation and the way it pulls away is very stable and tastes good anytime ✨.

Hi Yoohee 😃
The restaurant looks very stylish and nice! I have a good feeling that the drinks are well managed as well.
And it's great that you can drink jishin too 🤤I'd love to join you 😄.

Yoohee, good evening 😃I had heard of the name of this restaurant, but it has an interesting system 😁.
I would like to go there for a petit offline meeting or something 😊.

Aladdin, good evening. ⭐︎
It's simple, but the restaurant seems to be particular about each and every thing.
We don't have rare or maniacal sake, but I think we get the point 💡.

Good evening, bouken-san. ⭐︎
I was looking for another place after the all-you-can-drink in Sannomiya was gone, and I went there as soon as I saw it on instagram: ❗️
Oh, it would have been nice to have a third party here last time lol

Hee😮.
There was a store like this in Tenma?
Thank you very much, Mr. Yoohee.
I think the point is that there is no 1h setting & no extension of 30m course? 🤔
I know Tenma is a deep neighborhood, but I never go there 💧.

Hi Mr. Lan, thanks for your time ⭐︎
It's true that most people make it 90 minutes, so I guess they make up for it by not extending it by 30 minutes 💡.
I'm sure there are a lot of bars in Tenma, and I'm sure there will be more sake specialty stores as we explore the area ✨.
