Continuation of the report on ENERGY in Tenma, all-you-can-drink sake.
The fourth sake was Shinshu Kamerei.
At this time, I had not yet had the Kamerei, which was still at home 💧.
But since it was a different kind, I decided to have this one first.
Surprisingly, it was not too sweet, with a slight citrus aroma, and flowed smoothly 🍊.
I thought that Kamerei has the same softness that is typical of Shinshu sake 💡.
After this, we drank Akabu, Kangiku, Morishima, Tobiroki, Nabeshima, Kido, etc., but there are no photos left..,
We started with a 90-minute course at 14:30, but changed to the Mugen course halfway through, and left the restaurant at 19:50, which was pretty much finished 💦💦.

This is a very nice restaurant, not only for the Shinshu Kamerei summer sake, but also for the rest of the lineup! I'm definitely going to go there next time (when my wife is not around so that I can get drunk and crumble)!
