Thank you for always making delicious sake.
I purchased this sake at Sogen's store on my way back from a trip to Noto. The sake rice is also produced in Noto, so I hope to support the recovery efforts in any way I can.
It is dry but has a good flavor of rice, so I enjoyed it with Noto's delicacy "momiikka" (squid) seared on the barbecue, remembering the Noto area ๐.
