My niece, who is a Kyotoite from this year, gave it to me as a birthday present. It is a delicious sake.
The rice and kouji (rice malt) are produced in Kyoto.
It is mild in the mouth, but has a strong rice flavor and a nice bitterness in the aftertaste, making it deep in flavor!
