The scent of white wine in the barrel is very promising. A good balance of sweetness and umami is very pleasant. After a while, the aftertaste changes to a dry taste. It's strange, but it's very delicious. I heard that Kure, famous for its dry taste, dared to make a sweet sake, which is why the label is also labeled backwards. The owner's wife told me about it at the register. I could feel the people who made this sake, including the master brewer, smiling and laughing at me. I sipped it over and over again, and it's really a delicious, deep-flavored sake.
