It has a unique aroma with a hint of alcohol. After a slight sweetness, a pungent taste appears and the aftertaste becomes strong and dry. The aftertaste is very long. It is a complex sake for adults.
This is one of the sake breweries in my hometown that I am proud of. Think about the history and taste it.
