It is calm, but also has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The sweetness and umami taste are pleasant to the touch, and the dryness gradually appears and lingers to the end. The characters on the label face the opposite direction as if they were reflected in a mirror. I think it must mean something. Very delicious.
