It was a summer version with a refreshing taste due to its sake level of +10, but personally, I feel that Gouriki is best served above the clouds.

I couldn't forget the Ago Arigoto I drank on 2021/02/24, so I ordered it again online, but this one was not nigori sake.
It is also easy to drink and tasty, but I feel that the light nigori raw was mellower and very good.

This is the first nigori sake in my life.
I usually drink Junmai Daiginjo, so I was worried about the slurpiness and other unpleasant tastes of nigori sake, but it was very fruity and refreshing.
I hope to spread the word about this sake since it is not very popular.
