This is the first nigori sake in my life.
I usually drink Junmai Daiginjo, so I was worried about the slurpiness and other unpleasant tastes of nigori sake, but it was very fruity and refreshing.
I hope to spread the word about this sake since it is not very popular.

Iuji is a sake brewed by young brewers from Tatenokawa who are on loan to us 😁.
Not much is known about it yet, but it's a very great sake 😊.
