Purchased on recommendation Yamadanishiki 50% Bespoke Unfiltered Nama Sake (Limited to three liquor stores in Sakai City) The aroma is similar to that of cedar. Not flowery, but tree-like. And after a little time, it turns fruity. It's rich, but... but it disappears forever. I know there are similar labels on the market. But this one is limited and only sold in three stores.
