Daiginjo. Rich aroma. Feels full in the middle and converges. Very elegant yet gorgeous. It was luxurious and made me feel as if I was drinking concentrated liquid or honey (syrup). Luxurious. Delicious.
Purchased a bottle of Daiginjo Nama Sake.
First of all, I felt the freshness of the nama-shu. Every aroma seemed to reach me straight away.
The aroma was rich and gorgeous with a clean aftertaste. Very easy to drink. No cloying taste.
At soba noodles restaurant. It was dry and tangy. It was new for me because I had been drinking only ginjo-like sake for a long time. It went well with soba noodles.
Sentori Classic. Sentori Classic at Aoyama Garari. It has a sourness and a citrusy aroma that is tingling and numbing in the mouth, then gradually turns sweet, and in the latter half, it naturally disappears and is very light. Refreshing. Interesting and delicious.
Special Junmai? At Aoyama Garari. Sweet and gorgeous aroma lingers until the latter half. Elegant. Like flavored water. A little bit of sake aroma. Delicious.
