Fruity sweetness I saw a review that said it was bananas, and indeed it has a ripe sweetness like bananas. It has a slight tangy taste! It has a little bit of a tangy taste, and it's very refreshing. I also drank KITASHIZUKU 55, but this one is definitely my favorite!

Sweetness with acidity and umami, followed by a bit of bitterness and sharpness. I have never had such a feeling before. It might go well with strong Japanese food. I want to buy the other two hares, too!

Sweet, fruity, slightly acidic, faintly gassy, no cloying taste. It is quite easy to drink and does not make you tired, so it is recommended as a food wine. I would buy it again.

Personally, I find it dry! Tingling (just a little bit gassy?), acidity, and rice flavor. (a little bit gassy?), acidity, rice flavor.... I haven't had a classical sake in a long time, but it is delicious! I think it goes well with strong flavored dishes.
