Sake with a taste like apple cakes that reminds you of a moment in your youth
We chose this sake because of its reputation as a rich, sweet sake, but the taste was not what we expected.
The aroma is sweet, but when you take a sip...it's spicy. The aftertaste was also refreshing and I did not feel the richness.
I was expecting a thick sweet taste like Eikoh-fuji, so I felt it was very light and dry.
