Kamitsuru's Junmai Sake, "Man" KAMITSURU BAN
We tried it because it is slightly sweet and slightly mellow.
There are three types in the series: Murasaki, Beni, and Sen, but I chose the one that seemed to be the sweetest.
The aroma was softly sweet, and when I took a sip, I felt a gentle sweetness. However, it was not quite rich, and the sweetness was followed by a sharp taste. It was a strange taste.
It is dangerous because it is not too sweet and can be drunk smoothly.
