Tosa Dog" is a hybrid sake born from the crossbreeding of different species, just like Tosa Dog.
It is made with rice from Kochi Prefecture and yeast developed by the Kochi Prefectural Technical Center.

It is described as a rich, sweet sake, but I was a little skeptical when I tried it, thinking that the label made it sound dry.
The aroma is not very strong, and when I took a sip, I thought, "...isn't it spicy? I didn't find it very rich, but the aftertaste was sweet and delicious!
