I had a non-Snow Fantasy Beaumichel at a hotel in Karuizawa, and it was so good that I went online and bought a bottle of Beaumichel and this Snow Fantasy. The alcohol content of this one is not that high, and it is refreshing like a lactobacillus drink, so you can enjoy it! It was gone in no time.... It seems to be available only during the winter season, so I would like to drink it again.

I buy it on vacation and drink it right away. w It is made from 100% Kura-no-Hana, Miyagi Prefecture's rice suitable for sake brewing. It has a sweet taste. Even people who don't like sake can drink it. I was told it can be served at room temperature, but I think it would taste better chilled.

When I traveled to Mie Prefecture to visit Ise Shrine, I drank it in a hotel's drink comparison set. It was the best, so I bought it back as a souvenir and was looking forward to drinking it on New Year's, so I finally got to drink it! I heard that it was chosen as the toast of the Ise-Shima Summit, and I can understand that because it is delicious! It's sweet and fruity, but refreshing and easy to drink! It has a torii gate on the label, which seems to bring good luck, and I think it's perfect for New Year's!

I drank it at an inn when I traveled to Mie Prefecture to visit the Ise Shrine. It is said that only a limited number of stores in the Ise area carry this sake. We had it with sashimi. It was easy to drink and delicious!

I bought this at a local supermarket during a trip to Shizuoka. I was curious about the "unusual combination of Shizuoka rice and Burgundy white wine yeast. "Â It really does look like a white wine! Fruity, with just the right amount of acidity. Very tasty!

Bought this on a trip to Boso, tasted it and it was good! I was told that the taste will change after a while after opening it. I'm looking forward to that too.

It was fruity and very tasty with a sweetness that spread in my mouth... I compared it to drinking it slightly chilled, but I think it's better at room temperature. Or maybe chill it just a little bit? By the way, this is a special junmai, but I heard that junmai daiginjo was served in ANA international first class. I'd like to try the Junmai Daiginjo too!
