Cold sake : Dry and light.  When it first entered the mouth, the robust rice flavor gave the impression of sweetness (strong flavor!), but the crispness gave the impression of lightness. The sharpness gave the impression of lightness.  It was a dry light sake with a sweet aroma like muscat, with a delicious flavor. ●Hot sake (about 50°C): (1 cup at 500W for 30-40 seconds)  Dry and mellow. The alcohol taste and flavor typical of sake has deepened. The heat and the sake-like alcohol taste are beautiful (very easy to drink). Goes well with anything, even cheap canned akitogi.  Enjoy cold sake, then go through room temperature, then lenghthen to hot sake, and you can enjoy the change in flavor. Personally, I like it best when it's heated up to about 45 degrees Celsius.   From Meiri Sake Brewery (Ibaraki Prefecture), which endorses Hollow Live member Yukika Ramy's "love for sake, This sake was jointly developed with the goal of "making sake from scratch. The philosophy is to make sake that can be enjoyed by sake beginners! The sake has been highly acclaimed overseas in recent years. Based on Ramey's favorite "dry and light" style, this sake is brewed with a lot of love and care so that even people who have never drunk much sake can enjoy it.

Serve cold. It has a sweet aroma like cotton candy and a dry, slightly mellow taste. Omachi rice is used for sake brewing, and the fullness of the flavor was apparent. The deliciousness of the rice is fully expressed! Ok as a stand-alone sake, this is a dark but refreshing bottle that will not be overpowered by strong-flavored snacks. This sake is rarely seen outside of Ishikawa Prefecture, and is only available in the prefecture. It is a wonderful sake that can only be found in the prefecture.

Purchased May 2024. Cold sake. Dry slightly mellow. The mouthfeel is smooth like water, followed by flavor and umami. It features a mild ginjo aroma and seems to go well with all kinds of food and snacks! No kidding. Both the aroma and the taste are unrefined, and I felt that many people could enjoy drinking it. It is one of my all-time favorite sakes. The price is also about 1700 yen for a bottle of No. 4 ( common!). Shirafuji Sake Brewery is located near the epicenter of the 2024 Noto earthquake, and I was very worried about their safety. However, I felt relieved after drinking this delicious sake. I will continue to support them for a long time to come.

Nice sake, dry and light but with umami flavor. It has no acidity and is clear and colorless. It is characterized by its ginjo aroma and a slight melon-like aroma. It is better to drink it cold (5°C) than at room temperature (15°C) to increase its sharpness. It is best drunk slowly during the daytime in summer with cool snacks such as chilled yakko or sashimi.

Clear and colorless, well chilled. It has a ginjo aroma and a faint fruity note. It was very tasty, with a mild flavor without any peculiarities and a sweet but slightly sharp taste. It can be enjoyed on its own, but it is even more enjoyable with vegetable sticks or sashimi.
