The deliciousness of the rice is fully expressed! Ok as a stand-alone sake, this is a dark but refreshing bottle that will not be overpowered by strong-flavored snacks. This sake is rarely seen outside of Ishikawa Prefecture, and is only available in the prefecture. It is a wonderful sake that can only be found in the prefecture.

Purchased May 2024. Cold sake. Dry slightly mellow. The mouthfeel is smooth like water, followed by flavor and umami. It features a mild ginjo aroma and seems to go well with all kinds of food and snacks! No kidding. Both the aroma and the taste are unrefined, and I felt that many people could enjoy drinking it. It is one of my all-time favorite sakes. The price is also about 1700 yen for a bottle of No. 4 ( common!). Shirafuji Sake Brewery is located near the epicenter of the 2024 Noto earthquake, and I was very worried about their safety. However, I felt relieved after drinking this delicious sake. I will continue to support them for a long time to come.

Nice sake, dry and light but with umami flavor. It has no acidity and is clear and colorless. It is characterized by its ginjo aroma and a slight melon-like aroma.
