It features a mild ginjo aroma and seems to go well with all kinds of food and snacks! No kidding. Both the aroma and the taste are unrefined, and I felt that many people could enjoy drinking it. It is one of my all-time favorite sakes. The price is also about 1700 yen for a bottle of No. 4 ( common!). Shirafuji Sake Brewery is located near the epicenter of the 2024 Noto earthquake, and I was very worried about their safety. However, I felt relieved after drinking this delicious sake.
