When it first entered the mouth, the robust rice flavor gave the impression of sweetness (strong flavor!), but the crispness gave the impression of lightness. The sharpness gave the impression of lightness.
It was a dry light sake with a sweet aroma like muscat, with a delicious flavor.
●Hot sake (about 50°C): (1 cup at 500W for 30-40 seconds)
Dry and mellow. The alcohol taste and flavor typical of sake has deepened. The heat and the sake-like alcohol taste are beautiful (very easy to drink). Goes well with anything, even cheap canned akitogi.
Enjoy cold sake, then go through room temperature, then lenghthen to hot sake, and you can enjoy the change in flavor. Personally, I like it best when it's heated up to about 45 degrees Celsius.
