The moment it enters the mouth, it has a mellow, sweet aroma and a light, delicious taste. In the aftertaste, only a refreshing sweetness remains, and there is no unpleasant alcoholic taste that is often associated with sake.
Unfortunately, the bottle I drank was opened too long ago, and the sourness came out strongly, which was unfortunate. Next time, I would like to drink a fresh bottle of Jikan.

I drank this Hyakumoku at a paid tasting the other day, and this time I drank the Hyakumoku I bought in a bottle at home. This time, I drank it at home in a bottle. It had a stronger sweetness than the last time, and the aftertaste was still sweet and fragrant. I guess it's important to drink sake as soon as possible, even if you haven't opened the bottle, in order to have a sake that has an aftertaste that disappears quickly.
