It was my favorite sake.
It is a sake that appeals to everyone, but it is less alcoholic than Ottersai, and gives the impression of being fruity and easy to drink.
The moment it enters the mouth, it has a mellow, sweet aroma and a light, delicious taste. In the aftertaste, only a refreshing sweetness remains, and there is no unpleasant alcoholic taste that is often associated with sake.
Unfortunately, the bottle I drank was opened too long ago, and the sourness came out strongly, which was unfortunate. Next time, I would like to drink a fresh bottle of Jikan.
