I've been drinking a lot of glamorous and slightly sweet sake lately, so I thought it was time for a change, so I bought this dry sake. The aroma was a little weak, but it had a tang of alcohol. When I put it in my mouth, I could feel a hint of glamour, but at the same time, I could feel the dryness in my mouth. The sake disappears without leaving any alcoholic sensation, which is a personal favorite of mine. The only problem is that it's too easy to drink, so you end up drinking too much 🤔🤔

I happened to find Kudokigayo, one of the sake series I was interested in, at a liquor store I was visiting. I had never found it in my hometown, so I bought it while wondering about the others. It started off with a gorgeous aroma, the first sip was slightly sweet, and after a clean aftertaste like a Junmai Ginjo, it disappeared quickly and was quite easy to drink. lol

I was unsuccessful in the lottery for the sake I was looking for, so I went to a nearby bar in disgrace. There was a Shinsei on the menu that I had been curious about, so I ordered it. The moment I drank it, my mouth was filled with grapes🍇. What? Then I took another sip and it was still grapes🍇. The aroma and taste spread from the mouth like a moderate carbonation, and then disappeared quickly. I personally think it's more like a white wine. That's my impression. There are many different types of Shinsei, so if you come across one, I'd love to try it.

I was somewhat attracted by the name and bought it. It is raw sake, but the spiciness of the first day is quite weak. It has a slight sweetness at first, but when it goes down your throat, it tastes crisp and clean. From the name alone, I thought it would be an elegant sake. I thought it would be a classy sake, but I got the impression that it was a sake that was both assertive and elegant. It goes well with all kinds of food, and is also delicious when drunk on its own😊.

I went around the stores looking for a good sake, and the proprietress of one of the stores really pushed me to buy it. I was so excited that I tried it the next day as a cold sake, but the aroma and taste were not enough and I was a little bewildered. Today, I decided to change the way I drank it and started at room temperature. Then, to my surprise, it turned out to be a much different sake in both aroma and flavor than when it was cold. After trying many different ways, I've come to the conclusion that lukewarm, hot, room temperature, and cold sake are the best.

On the day it was opened, it had the spiciness of raw sake and a deep, full-bodied flavor that was a bit more mature. After the second day, the taste changed quite a bit, which was a bit disappointing😔. It's interesting to see how the taste changes after a while after pouring, but what is the best temperature range? 🤔

It's very tasty with a slight sweetness but a clean aftertaste. I can drink it and drink it and never get tired of it. Definitely a repeat 😊. I personally prefer to drink it with a thin cup.
