はむはむI went around the stores looking for a good sake, and the proprietress of one of the stores really pushed me to buy it. I was so excited that I tried it the next day as a cold sake, but the aroma and taste were not enough and I was a little bewildered. Today, I decided to change the way I drank it and started at room temperature. Then, to my surprise, it turned out to be a much different sake in both aroma and flavor than when it was cold. After trying many different ways, I've come to the conclusion that lukewarm, hot, room temperature, and cold sake are the best.
