Shinkame's dry Junmai. This was the first time I had tasted Shinkame Shuzo's Bonbu, but this one was more crisp with less umami than Bonbu. It was delicious, thanks for the treat! ★★★★

Fresh! And since it contains carbon dioxide gas, it has a slightly carbonated, squishy sensation that tangily stimulates the tongue and throat. Sake has an interesting personality. ★★★☆
