Junmai Daiginjo of Toyoka sold only once a year in December This is a special Junmai Daiginjo black label from Toyoka. It is a pure sake that has not been watered at all. This limited-quantity sake is laid down at a low temperature for at least six months to preserve the freshness of the freshly pressed sake and give it a softer profile. It has a strong gaseous taste and a fruity apple aroma that fills the mouth. Yet, it is not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. It is easy to drink and you can't stop drinking it. It is very tasty and I loved it. ★★★★☆Liked 4.5

It's only been two weeks since I last bought it, but I can only drink it this time of year, so I'm buying it again! The pear, melon type fruity & thickened taste is still the best. Personally, I prefer to drink only the supernatant, but it's fun to shake the bottle and mix it up. ★★★★★ preference4.7

I received it as a souvenir from Fukushima. Cold Sake -> In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness for a moment and also taste the plumpness, riceiness, and spiciness. Hot sake→The spiciness is suppressed, and sourness and sweetness are felt. Well balanced and easy to drink. As a food sake, it is a good sake to eat oden with hot sake. 2.7 ★★☆☆☆Liked 2.7

My colleagues all said it was the best sake they had drunk this year. At first, it has a gentle fruity feeling like pear🍐 or melon🍈. It is thick and fluffy on the palate with a hint of rice. Gentle until the final aftertaste. Next, when I mixed the cage and drank it, I felt a more gentle sweetness, like banana🍌. If I didn't save it, I would have drunk all 4 gou.... This time, I saved it at 1 gou to enjoy the difference after a few days 😢. I can't rank all the sake I've had this year, but I'm sure I'll buy them again! It was so delicious 😋🍶. ★★★★★Likes4.7

Yamagata Masamune Inazou Pineapple flavor with moderate acidity. Then body-heavy rice feeling. The end is crisp and clean. Well-balanced sake 🍶. The initial fruity feeling is short, and I personally prefer a more fruity aftertaste 🍍. ★★☆☆☆Liked 3.0
