Went to my favorite restaurant with a coworker.
It was the first time I drank it and I quite liked the taste: 👍🏻
It's supposed to be very dry with a sake strength of +10, but it had a mellow taste with a hint of rice sweetness!

We were out of Akaban Omachi, so we ordered Yamadanishiki 60.
More fruity than I expected.

I bought Masumi Honjozo Tokusen at the supermarket.
They use Yamadanishiki for the malted rice.
The aroma is fruity, and you can feel the sweetness of the rice in your mouth. After that, you can feel the richness of the rice.
Seems to go well with refreshing Japanese food.
