January's Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house.
I received this one before the December one.
I had never heard of this brand, and I had high expectations for it because of its high specs and good visuals.
It has a gentle sweetness and a beautiful umami taste, and it subsides easily, leaving a bit of a lingering aftertaste.
Delicious!
I couldn't really tell the difference between the two bottles 😅 it was very good.
