I drank it when I didn't know so much about it yet, but it was such a precious brand. On the internet it's going for 50,000 or something... lol. It was gorgeous and rich. It's called Sake Mirai, a cross between Yamashu No. 4 and Miyamanishiki, apparently cultivated over 18 years.

Sake produced in collaboration with Toshimaya, Ikusakaya, and a seminar at Nagano Prefectural University. Fruity sake that is easy to drink even for those who have never had sake before.

Sogapère Effice deux Sake-erotique Sake made by a winery. It was closed with a cork. The mouthfeel is rich. Sake-like sweetness(?) is also strong. It also has a strong sweetness (?) that is typical of sake. It accelerates drunkenness.

This Aichi Prefecture sake was drunk hot. It was introduced as having a wild flavor, but the strength of its aroma and mouthfeel is even stronger when it is heated. I like it a lot.

A sake from Toyama. It may be a little dry, but it has a luxurious elegance. Apparently, Shimura Ken was also a fan of this sake.

First impression, the label looks like a soccer team. There is a white oli floating on the label. Unfiltered. Sake from Shiga Prefecture. The sweetness is clear at the moment it enters the mouth, but gradually it becomes quieter and quieter.

The bottle proudly displays the number 6. The moment you put it in your mouth, it tastes full of the flavor of sake. The second half melts in the mouth and has a sharp taste.

Not too decorative, straight, chunky, and fine. The first cup of "deep sake". The aftertaste is like a softly disappearing taste, which is exactly what it feels like to drop your tongue into sake.
