Senkin Yukidaruma, a limited edition sake from the collaboration between ⛄️ and United Arrows, has been settling in the fridge since New Year's ✨. This sake is a kijoshu made from the oldest sake yeast, and has an overwhelming sense of freshness and gas that runs through it. It has a refreshing sweetness like Niagara Muscat, and is a gem that keeps you on your toes with its crispness! The fresh aroma through the nose, it was a delicious sake full of festive flavor, worthy of the New Year's label 🐍⛄️ 🙌㊗️

(I could not forget the taste I encountered at an elegant sushi restaurant🍣 in Azabu...bought it through Furusato tax payment) This sake is made with 40% polished rice and has a fruity, clear sweetness and a refined rice flavor that is very delicious. It is made from Niigata's sake rice called "Koshitanrei. It has a nice sharpness and is recommended as a mid-meal drink.

A souvenir from my trip to Hakodate ✈️, where I visited last week on vacation! Served at the breakfast buffet of the hotel where we stayed, it made for a refreshing morning. A crisp sake with the full flavor🌾 and aroma of local Hokkaido rice and a deep, nostalgic flavor. It was cosy and perfect for a mealtime drink!

I had a lunchtime drink at Asakusa Hoppy Street. As usual, it is full of fruitiness despite being a honjozo, and has a mellow taste with a good balance of aroma and flavor. The cosy taste is a nice touch by the beautiful woman on the label who plays a whistle in a good mood. ⛩️

The fruity sweetness that is typical of Senkyoku is a little subdued, with a crisp acidity, a hint of gas, and a clean taste that is easy to pair with food. ❄️ And most importantly, the label is cute ⛄️💓 It was a new sake full of freshness!

It was served with eel. (No label because it is a restaurant). It has a moderate sharpness, yet the refined aroma and umami of Miyamanishiki and a hint of sweetness are all there 🌸. Fresh and full, it is a gorgeous sake that goes well with New Year🎍 and celebratory dishes. It also goes well with fish nuta, which was delicious!

This is the first time I have tasted a Shizuku Sake 💧 and I could directly feel the pure flavor of the rice! I thought it would be a dry straight 👊, but it has an aromatic flavor and a mildness given by the water at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba, like a dignified yet humane 🍶⛰️⛰️ (Shizuku-shu is a method of extracting only the best parts of the Daiginjo moromi that has finished fermenting, by hanging it in a coarse sack called a sakabukuro and allowing only the best parts to drip out of the sakabukuro.)

This is one of Taisetsukei's most carefully crafted ordinary sake with a rice polishing ratio of 59%. It is packed with the sweetness and umami of rice, and has a gorgeous, deep flavor. It has a slightly astringent aftertaste, but is crisp and easy to pair with food! My father purchased this wine at the brewery on a trip, and it is one of the hardest to find 🦀✨Thank you, father.

Among Sentori's refreshing fruitiness, "Seme" is a gem with a lively juicy flavor 🍎🍐🍊. It is aromatic and clear, yet the faint astringency that lingers afterwards leaves a nice aftertaste. This was a limited variety with a satisfying and presentable taste that can be enjoyed with just this one cup. (The "first tank" and "sesame," a limited edition sake for the Shihan season, is a part that is not originally commercialized, and they have a very small quantity of this sake. If you find it, please visit 🎄🧑‍🎄)
