This is one of Taisetsukei's most carefully crafted ordinary sake with a rice polishing ratio of 59%.
It is packed with the sweetness and umami of rice, and has a gorgeous, deep flavor. It has a slightly astringent aftertaste, but is crisp and easy to pair with food!
