This is the first time I have tasted a Shizuku Sake 💧 and I could directly feel the pure flavor of the rice!
I thought it would be a dry straight 👊, but it has an aromatic flavor and a mildness given by the water at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba, like a dignified yet humane 🍶⛰️⛰️
(Shizuku-shu is a method of extracting only the best parts of the Daiginjo moromi that has finished fermenting, by hanging it in a coarse sack called a sakabukuro and allowing only the best parts to drip out of the sakabukuro.)
