SG32
Purchased at a sake store in the basement of the Nagoya Matsuzakaya Department Store as a ginjo-shu made by the son of a toji who has specialized in ginjo since the Taisho era (1912-1926). It has a very smooth taste. The slight acidity, which is like a hidden taste, fits with my impression of it being "like water. It is easy to drink.
