When I ordered the Nichinichi, I was told that this one at this time of year is recommended because it has a slightly effervescent taste that betrays a good sense of the season, so I gave it a try.
Wakanami's standard sake is supposed to be a strong sake that should be heated (which I don't like so much), but it is indeed refreshing and tasty.
It is not the kind of sake you drink in a small cup! (in a good way).
We had the Nanko Ume (Nanko Japanese plum) with the sake as recommended by the chef.
