The Blax Cat Spark by Shinmasa Shuzo was a birthday gift. It has a sake-like aroma, but the sweetness, acidity, and slight effervescence are all so elegant that I was able to drink it in gulps... 🥺🍶. I also received a boar cup with it, and the color is really lovely ✨✨✨. This is the diary that I have been working on.

Junmai Ginjo. Cold. My first Gunma sake. It has a sake-like taste, but it is refreshing, and it is definitely a good choice for a mid-meal drink. It was served with tendon, so it was a little heavy.
